??? items, also known as secret items, are weird and somewhat rare items that Young can come across in his travels. Like the cards, some are available before the end of the main game, while the rest can only be obtained afterwards. As well, tricks and glitches may be required to reach some of the items.
Items will be listed first according to location in the game's menu screen, then by location in the game world.
